Delivery Information

Where do you deliver to?
Murray Farmcare delivers orders within the UK mainland. We do not deliver internationally. 

How much will it cost?
Delivery charges will be applied depending on weight and value of order placed. Delivery is calculated according to weight in order to give you the best value for money. To view delivery charges add items to your shopping basket. This will not commit you to a purchase. Please note that the delivery charges shown apply to UK mainland postcodes only. Customers located in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Islands will be contacted prior to despatch to confirm if any additional carriage costs are applicable to the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will generally be dispatched within 3-5 working days. We will notify you by email if it is going to take longer. Your order will be sent by courier or by using Royal Mail which may on request be by first class, recorded or guaranteed delivery.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes. For security purposes a signature might be required. If you know that it is unlikely you or any other responsible person will be at home during office hours, simply provide us with a different delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel on your behalf.  You can enter these details when you go to the Checkout.  

What happens if I am not in?
As above, we do require a signature to ensure your order has arrived at the correct destination. If you are not in, then your parcel will be returned to your local Post Office Collection Centre or Courier's depot. The courier will leave a calling card. You can take the calling card to your local Post Office or Courier depot to collect you parcel - remember to take proof of identity with you. Otherwise you can contact Royal Mail or Courier and request a re-delivery date.
