Returns and Refunds

I would like to return goods, what should I do?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your goods. However, if you are not satisfied or your goods are damaged or faulty, you can return them to us. If you wish to return goods to us, please contact us on 01387 722301 and we will provide you with instructions with what to do. Please ensure that you have your order reference number on hand when contacting us.

7 Day Cooling Off Period
If your purchase is not for a business then you have a right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of receiving it. Please call us on 01387 722301 before you return the item to us and we will give you instructions for its return. If you withdraw from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period and return the goods to us then we will refund the price of the item and the charge we made to send the item to you. If we collect the item from you then we may charge you an agreed sum for doing so.

Will I be able to claim for a refund if I am not satisfied with my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your goods due to a problem i.e. damaged, faulty or for another reason which Murray Farmcare is responsible for your return of goods a full refund is available. However, if for any other reason you are claiming for a refund, it will depend on the circumstances. For example, we cannot refund for the return of a medicine where the conditions of storage in the interim cannot be confirmed. Also vaccines cannot be returned under any circumstances with exception of where Murray Farmcare is at fault.

Can I cancel an order for my business?
You can cancel your order provided it has not already been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order call us on 01387 722301 or email and a member of our team will assist you.
